🥋✨ Mindful No-Contact Martial Arts at Rose Ferrero! ✨🥋

We are excited to share that Mindful No-Contact Martial Arts is coming to Rose Ferrero through SUSD Expanded Learning! This program is free and open to all Rose Ferrero students. 💚

Students will learn mindfulness, self-control, and respect through non-contact martial arts while building confidence, perseverance, and leadership skills. 🌟
No uniform is required.
📍 Location: Multipurpose Room

📅 TK-2nd Grade
Tuesdays: April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, and 26
🕓 Time: From dismissal until 4:45 PM
🍽️ Students will receive supper

📅 Grades 3rd-6th
Thursdays: April 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, and 28
🕓 Time: From dismissal until 4:45 PM
🍽️ Students will receive supper
